We believe customers have memories. They will remember you, whether you remember them or not. Further, customer trust can be destroyed at once by a major service problem, or it can be undermined one day at a time, with a thousand small demonstrations of incompetence.

That’s why at Once Ridden Bikes we take your

satisfaction seriously. We endeavor to

anticipate and meet your cycling needs. Even if that means letting you know that the repair cost of your bike would be better put to use by purchasing a replacement bike either new or used. We want your trust; we want your trust to believe we’ll tell you the truth about your bike or any bike you select, or any repair you authorize. In that way you’ll come back and let other cyclists know about us.

Repairs and Service:

We do repairs and service in the order that they came into the shop. Our mechanics also have to prepare our used bicycles for sale, so we alternately work on one of ours and then the next repair/service in line. We try to never promise what we can’t deliver, so when we tell you that it will take us 5 days to get your bike finished, that usually means that we think it will take 3, but we would rather over-deliver.

For non-standard repairs and / or service or labor rate is $40 per hour.

We carry a full line of parts and accessories. However, our inventory is constantly fluctuating. Please call or email us if you have a need for a specific type, brand, or model of bicycle.
